Blog Entry: What happened during the Ateneo bonfire was truly dissapointing. The Ateneans showed no class and honour. Don't get me wrong for I myself am an Atenean. But look, what they did isn't what the Jesuits are teaching us. It isn't even what christianity is teaching us. Is this what the Ateneans would call Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam or For the greater good of God? Was burning the names of Maierhoffer, Atkins and the like for the greater glory of God? I don't think so. The Ateneans did not show class. They did not show honor. Wasn't beating La Salle in the championships enough for them? La Salle already lost to us. They already fell, but did we have to stab them in the heart? This shows no honor at all. To all Ateneans, shame on all of you. You are destroying the name of the school, you are destroying what the Jesuits are trying to form us into. Ateneans, you have failed. Think of your actions for this isn't how Ateneans should act.
