Hummingbird Tears

She faces her fears
the mask once steeped in tension
suddenly falls
as she dreams of hummingbird tears

Catching them all
she performs on a solar vibration
and blending with dew drops from feather
becomes one at the first light of dawn

A spirit emerges
and a jewelled slender harlot awaits
performing a plaintive dance
as a humming bird tear emanates

She faces her fears once again
and removes the veil made from steel
she allows the spirit to enter
and allows for the first time to feel.
