I just started getting into these guys after searching for music similar to mum. I'm slowly becoming obsessed. Their first album, "Tripper," features big, sweeping, almost orchestral music and mellow vocals over a bed of strange, glitchy background rhythms that make you wonder if your CD is skipping or your CPU is choking. Their second album, "Parades," focuses less on the glitches and more on the other elements of the music. It's definitely not get-up-and-dance stuff but for a rainy evening at home, it's perfect.

Lots of music available on their site:

Nice one. A friend of mine gave me a demo copy of Parades a while ago. It took me a little while to get into, but now I really like it. As you said, good music from a rainy day.

Ill have to have a listen to some of their other recordings, I think.
