no worries, used to love "teachers"...i have the dvd boxset, channel m is on sky channel 203, not sure how many people watch it where you live but channel four cant go wrong, thanks for adding me, havent seen hollyoaks for years since will mellor was in it, i watch a bit of bbc3 and 4, so i read you're a chef, do you take your work home with you..im not a good cook myself, i tried to do pineapple upside down cake but it ended up the wrong way round, r u city or united or neither, whereabouts is stalybridge? ok, i'll look out for hollyoaks...what type of restyouraunt do you work in..i went for a pub meal once and i asked the landlord "whats todays special then"..he replied "well..its my birthday", going to do a potato bake thing, i done a seafood medley with carbonara sauce last night though sauces are not easy for me, got any tips for a perfect sauce, i used a whisked egg, butter, olive oil, oregano..god knows why but the taste from the seafood medley seems to compensate for it, im not sure what else i could use.
