Classic style that doesnt seem to have got the recognition it deserves. I dont understand why they never play the scooter rally circuit as well...??

a little band called medicine.  they and my bloody valentine were the best shoegaze bands of the era.  no shoegaze band I've heard since blended groove and noise as well as medicine. truly excellent band.  they were on the crow soundtrack and then kinda disappeared.  corgan even remixed one of their songs.

so sad they never got the recognition they deserved

The Jam.  Listen to the song "The Man On The Corner Shop".  You realize that this band is the bridge between the 60's and 80`s art rock.  They were punk and mod at the same time, being in the 70's, the progressive era.  I guess this band reinvented a thing, and today his influence is not in vain.
