This coming January of 2011 I and my husband will be retiring here in the United States. We are planning to return back to the Philippines and enjoy our retirement and buy a Philippine real estatesoon. It would be a smart Idea because our savings and pension which is in dollars will have bigger monetary value and could have more buying powers. Our daughters and sons are all married in the Philippines and they all have their own family. We are thinking of a place that we can live in Cebu because we feel that we have to respect the different private lives of our children.
We come to think about living in the province but I told my husband that it’s not practical. We are used to the comfort and accessibility of the city. My husband agreed and we both started our search for our future abode. We asked our daughters and Sons to help us find a place. Last Second week of June, my eldest daughter told me about Cebu real estate and Condominiums in the heart of Cebu. We scanned on different web pages and one that catches my interest is the Avalon Condo Cebu.
I see that Avalon condominiums are near establishments and we like the location. The most important thing for me is that we are near a hospital and Avalon is near Perpetual Hospital. My husband is sickly and I need easy access to medical care in case of emergency. Another thing is that the infrastructure is well made and there is a Security system which is the CCTV camera that Operates for 24 hours. They also have pools the gym the jogging area and function rooms which are perfect for our health and it would help us enjoy and savor the remaining time of our lives.
I told my daughter that I’m going to buy the Penthouse Unit so that we will have a spacious area and for them to visit us from time to time. I am excited for our retirement and I’m going to be proud that I’m in the hands of Avalon.
